DISCLAIMER: PARTICIPATION IN CHIBYVERSE EVENT

All our tickets issued are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing and using our ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your attendance to the event voluntarily assumes all risks and responsibilities incidental to the event, including but not limited to participation in the event activities and use of facilities. Chibyverse shall not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings, you are encouraged to adequately secure your valuable and personal items.
• You are physically and mentally fit for participation in the event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. If you have any pre-existing medical condition, please ensure you seek professional medical advice to participate in any of our events and activities, you are responsible for your own health and safety.
• You agree to adhere to a code of conduct promoting respectful and responsible behavior. Any violation of this code may result in removal from the event without refund. You must comply with all local laws regarding alcohol and substance use. Chibyverse reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
• You understand that at this event or related activities you may be photographed, you hereby consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes by Chibyverse.

Chibyverse reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the event for any reason. In the event of cancellation, ticket refunds may be issued at the discretion of Chibyverse.

You hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks and covenant not to sue Chibyverse or their respective members, employees, agents or representative for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, property damage or theft, resulting from or arising in connection with your attendance at or participation in the Chibyverse Event.
